On behalf of a leading digital consulting organisation, we are supporting the search for an experienced Salesforce Consultant \/ Developer to join a growing Salesforce practice in Belgium.
<\/span><\/p>

The role
<\/span><\/h3>

As a Salesforce Consultant \/ Senior Consultant, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver customer\-centric Salesforce solutions. You will play a hands\-on role in the full project lifecycle, while also acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
<\/span><\/p>

Your responsibilities will include:
<\/span><\/p>

• Contributing to the design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements.
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Supporting and evolving architecture standards, development frameworks and best practices.
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Working within cross\-functional digital teams to deliver high\-quality, future\-proof solutions.
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Providing technical input for pre\-sales activities, proposals and RFPs.
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Continuously developing your skills through mentoring, knowledge sharing and project experience.
  <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Your background
  <\/span><\/h3>

  We are looking for curious, collaborative problem\-solvers with a strong consulting mindset and a passion for Salesforce technology.
  <\/span><\/p>

  You will ideally bring:
  <\/span><\/p>

  • Solid hands\-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Practical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flow Builder.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Understanding of development lifecycles, code management and Salesforce best practices.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with relational database concepts.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I, Administrator) are an advantage.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience working in a client\-facing consulting or CRM implementation role.
