•Vous assurerez l’organisation d’assemblées générales ordinaires et extraordinaires.
•Vous rédigerez et reverrez différents types de documents tels que des minutes et des résolutions.
•Vous garantirez l’obtention des documents nécessaires en matière d’ AML/KYC afin de les transmettre à l’équipe compliance.
• L’approbation des comptes annuels fera partie de vos responsabilités, en collaboration avec l’équipe comptable.
•Vous veillerez à la mise à jour des données auprès des registres, tels que le RCS/RBE. Profil et parcours | Corporate Governance – Finance – Legal – Fiduciaire •Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience en tant que corporate officer dans un environnement similaire (fiduciaire, PSF) au Luxembourg, ce qui vous permettra de vous sentir à l’aise dans votre nouveau poste.
•Pour assurer une bonne communication avec vos interlocuteurs, vous parlez couramment français et anglais .
•Pour être efficace dans votre rôle, vous êtes familier avec des véhicules financiers de type soparfis, holdings et SPVs .
