Role: Lead .NET/Project Manager Location: Report to: Software Manager
A client of ours based in Ghent specialize in delivering innovative software, system solutions for new inhouse projects in the environmental sector. They are currently on the lookout for a new employee with a strong development (.NET) background who's willing to combine their technical expertise with the responsibilities of a Project Manager.
Leading and motivating project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between developers, analysts, architects, and other stakeholders.
Helping to gather and document business requirements and translating them into actionable technical tasks.
Managing development activities, performing functional tests, and ensuring the final solution meets expectations and quality standards.
Providing user coaching, training, and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Contributing to project quotations and participating from the early stages of new initiatives.
Working primarily from the Ghent office, with regular visits to client sites.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, or a related field.
~NET developer ; experience as a project manager is an asset but not essential, we look at potential, drive, and a learning mindset.
~ Familiarity with project methodologies and tools such as Prince2, Scrum, Agile, DevOps, and GitLab.
~ Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (French or German is a plus).
~ Analytical and conceptual thinker who quickly grasps complex issues and helps define clear solutions.
