De groep wordt in haar groeitraject ondersteund door investeringspartner Vectis Private Equity sinds 2019. Als eindverantwoordelijke voor het financiële en administratieve departement zet je het financiële en juridische beleid mee uit en geef je de bedrijfsprocessen mee vorm.
Je stuurt, motiveert en coacht jouw team van 8 medewerkers in boekhouding en administratie.
Als rechterhand van de CEO ben je eveneens een strategische gesprekspartner en help je vanuit jouw positie meebouwen aan de strategie van 62MILES. Je drukt jouw stempel op de toekomst van de organisatie door mee te denken, voorstellen te formuleren en projecten uit te werken.
Je bent een teamplayer en peoplemanager die erin slaagt alle spelers te betrekken en de visie te vertalen door middel van een vlotte en open communicatie.
Zeer sterke kennis van Excel is een must.
