Senior Manager, Project Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
You will meticulously coordinate and follow-up the projects together with the clients and employees. Your main objective is to deliver the projects on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for communication with customers, advising and supporting customers as well as managing their expectations.
Accurate and step-by-step monitoring of the planning and checking whether the objectives have been achieved.
Ability to estimate the risks and their impact on the project/organization plus undertake action to neutralize these risks.
Supervision and management of Solution Engineers on long-term projects.
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Experience as a Project Manager or experience in managing projects in a different role, preferably in the IT sector, is a must.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Stress-resistant and flexible, you must be able to switch quickly between the different projects.
Systematic and analytical thinker.
Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines.
Language skills: Dutch, English, French, every other language is a plus.
