Je wordt hét aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en directie en bouwt actief mee aan een professionele, mensgerichte en toekomstgerichte HR-aanpak.
Deze rol is ideaal voor een ambitieuze HR-professional die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen, graag dicht bij de business staat en energie haalt uit een brede en afwisselende functie.
Functieomschrijving Als Personeelsverantwoordelijke sta je in voor het volledige personeelsproces , van instroom tot uitstroom:
Coördineren van payroll en loonadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
Opvolging van sociale wetgeving , Dimona, ziekteverzuim, vakantieplanning en medische onderzoeken
Onderhouden van syndicale contacten en ondersteuning bij sociaal overleg
Uitwerken en opvolgen van opleidingen, ontwikkeling en welzijn op de werkvloer
Rapporteren aan de directie en meedenken over HR op lange termijn
Minstens 4 jaar relevante HR-ervaring (rekrutering, payroll, sociale wetgeving)
Vlot tweetalig Nederlands – Frans
Sterke communicatieve en digitale skills (Excel, payrollsystemen)
Ervaring met conflictbeheer of sociale relaties
Interesse in opleidingen, welzijn en change management
Een impactvolle HR-rol met veel autonomie en vertrouwen
Bedrijfswagen (bespreekbaar)
Voltijds contract (40u/week) met 32 verlofdagen (incl. Glijdende uren en tot 2 dagen thuiswerk per week (bespreekbaar)
