**Senior Trainer / Functional Analyst / Scrum Master M/F**

**This is your mission**

Are you passionate about Agile, training, and functional analysis? Then this position is for you.

As a **Senior Trainer / Functional Analyst / Scrum Master**, you will be responsible for **training IT teams on business topics, facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and performing functional analysis** in our ecosystem.

**Build side**:

- Deliver training sessions (often in English) on business topics (ETCS, signaling) for IT profiles (analysts, developers, testers) at basic to medium level.
- Ensure trainees understand the context in which they operate (Signalling Design Platform and business partner office at Infrabel).
- Prepare training materials and documentation for compliance with standards.
- Support business teams in understanding processes and requirements.

**Run side**:

- Facilitate and animate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and meetings in English for a small team (1-3 testers, 7-8 developers, occasionally an additional analyst).
- Perform functional analysis for team releases as needed.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to meet objectives.
- Maintain documentation to comply with quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, EN 50.128, ISO 27001 - NIS).
- Coach, mentor, and support team members in Agile practices and functional processes.

You have at least **5 years of experience as a trainer and functional analyst, and at least 2 years as a Scrum Master** in Agile/Scrum teams. You enjoy **working with teams, coaching, and delivering high-quality solutions**, and you are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have at least **5 years of experience in demanding Agile/Scrum environments**. You enjoy **training, functional analysis, and team facilitation**, and are looking to grow in a role that combines teaching, coaching, and hands-on analysis.

- Jira

- Enterprise Architect
- Postman
- UML
- Knowledge of EN50.128 standard
- Languages: French or Dutch (C1), English (B2)
