Head of Engineering

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Head of Engineering & Manufacturing, een Industrieel Ingenieur met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen en fabriceren van industriële machines, met name op het gebied van koud atmosferisch plasmatechnologie. De ideale kandidaat heeft een bewezen staat van dienst in innovatie, projectmanagement en samenwerking met multidisciplinaire teams om technologische vooruitgang te bevorderen en de hoogste normen van kwaliteit en prestaties te waarborgen.
Beheer en coördineer projecten vanaf de conceptie tot de inzet.
Toezicht houden op een team van ingenieurs en technici en een samenwerkende en productieve werkomgeving bevorderen.
Stimuleer innovatie door middel van R&D en draag bij aan octrooien en publicaties op het gebied van koud atmosferisch plasma.
Master in Industrieel Ingenieur of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
~10+ jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen en fabriceren van industriële machines.
~ Vaardigheid in CAD-software, FEA-analyse en CNC-programmering.
~ Gecertificeerd Project Management Professional (PMP) of equivalent, met ervaring in het beheren van complexe projecten.
~ Six Sigma Green Belt-certificering of equivalente ervaring in procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitscontrole.
~ Vaardigheid in het Engels - Extra talen zijn een pluspunt.
~ Geavanceerde CAD- en FEA-analyse.
~ Projectmanagement en Teamleiderschap.
~ Procesoptimalisatie en Kwaliteitscontrole.
~ Technische Documentatie en Naleving.
~ Werk samen met een team van toegewijde professionals in een dynamische en innovatieve omgeving.
