Nexeo Belgium is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Local Business Wallonia team within a major Belgian banking group. As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will: Serve as the first point of contact for clients (via phone and email), providing day-to-day support on commercial banking matters in line with internal guidelines and authorizations. Gather and structure relevant client information to support Relationship Managers in their acquisition, prospecting, and credit origination activities. Manage the administrative follow-up of client interactions and ensure accurate and timely encoding into internal systems in close collaboration with Relationship Managers. Ensure full compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks (AML, GDPR, MiFID, etc.) and proactively contribute to operational risk management. Your profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a commercial role or credit services. Solid knowledge of banking products and services as well as basic financial analysis. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking IT tools and platforms. Languages: Native French speaker. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is considered a strong asset. You have: Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic, customer-oriented approach. The ability to work independently and manage stress efficiently. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
