Senior Manager, Project Management

Project Manager – Electronics & Imaging Systems Location: At the forefront of innovation in imaging and electronics, this company designs advanced hardware and software solutions for sectors including space vision, rail, and industrial applications . They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through delivery, working closely with internal teams and global clients.
You’ll take ownership of complex, technically demanding projects—coordinating engineering resources, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and customers. Planning and managing all project phases to meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.
Identifying and mitigating technical and commercial risks in collaboration with engineering leads.
Leading and motivating project teams (typically 10–15 people), maintaining focus on delivery objectives.
Reporting progress clearly to management and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Occasionally representing the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings.
You’re an organised and proactive engineer who enjoys bringing structure to complex R&D programmes. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and have the confidence to discuss technology with both customers and development teams.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering.
Experience managing technical or electronics-based projects.
Strong understanding of project planning tools (Gantt charts; Fluent in English and ideally also French or Dutch .
Strong communication and people-management skills, with a hands-on mindset.
