As Senior Device Project Manager, you lead, plan and manage several projects linked to the development of equipment for radiopharmacy.
**Responsibilities**
- You lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to new product development (R&D experts, industrialization, supply chain, regulatory affairs).
- Based on the requirements established by the sponsor (external customer, Product Manager or Product Owner), you define the objectives, deliverables, deadlines and resources needed. You create a detailed project plan to guide the team through development.
- You will manage projects in line with corporate governance, from the initial (opportunity) phase through to validation and transfer to manufacturing. In particular, you will be responsible for
- drafting and updating project scope and planning in line with market requirements and/or specific customer needs
- set up and coordinate a multidisciplinary project team
- define documentation and deliverables
- regularly monitor project costs, risks, resource allocation and deliverable planning
- report on project progress to the project and management teams, as well as to the customer
- draw up contractual documents with the customer and key subcontractors
- assess product and process risk analysis.
- You monitor the project’s progress and compliance with costs, deadlines and quality in relation to the initial plan. You use performance indicators to assess efficiency and make adjustments to the project.
**Profile**
- You have a degree in (electro)mechanical engineering, or equivalent through experience.
- You have proven experience (at least 10 years) in equipment development and manufacturing. Experience in Medical Devices is an asset.
- You have solid experience in people and project management.
- You have experience in the design of electromechanical systems.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
- Excellent writing skills (French and English).
- You are familiar with MS Office.
- You are innovative, pragmatic and organized, with a sense of priorities and rigor.
