LaCAR is looking for an Account Manager based in Liège or in Germany to support and grow its diagnostics business in the German market Your Mission: As Account Manager Germany, you will be responsible for developing LaCAR’s commercial presence in Germany, managing existing accounts while actively prospecting new customers in the diagnostics sectors. Your Key Responsibilities: · Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio in Germany · Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities (strong hunter mindset)· Organize and conduct customer meetings, product presentations and on-site demos · Build trusted, long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction · Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, CRM management, negotiation, closing and follow-up · Ensure structured follow-up after customer visits and commercial opportunities · Represent LaCAR at trade fairs and industry events in Germany and across Europe · Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to continuous improvement Who Are We? LaCAR is a fast-growing biotech company developing, producing, and commercializing CE-IVD diagnostic kits for (pharmaco) genetics and newborn screening. Our headquarters are located in the Liège Science Park (Belgium), and we serve customers worldwide . Who Are We Looking For? · 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales within biotech, diagnostics, life sciences, or medical devices · Proven experience selling diagnostic kits or complex scientific products is a strong asset. · Based in Germany or in Liège, with a strong knowledge of the local market · Native or fluent German (mandatory)· Fluent English (French is a plus, not a must)· You have strong sales fundamentals : prospecting, negotiation, closing and account management · Comfortable working with CRM tools and structured sales processes · Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment . · Ability to understand scientific concepts and engage with technical stakeholders · Proactive, autonomous while enjoying teamwork · Customer-first mindset.
