Cegeka is een toonaangevend Belgisch full-service ICT-bedrijf en levert kwalitatieve, klantgerichte oplossingen. Voor onze klanten zoeken we gedreven On Site Support Engineers die flexibel inzetbaar zijn. Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij soft- en hardwareproblemen via telefoon, e-mail, remote of on site.
Je voert installaties, configuraties en technische interventies uit en ondersteunt mobiele toestellen via diverse tools.
Je signaleert technische storingen, risico’s en bedreigingen binnen de IT-omgeving.
Je denkt actief mee na over optimalisaties in support en systeembeheer.
Je bezit een bachelordiploma in IT of minstens een graduaat (HBO5) informatica .
Je hebt een eerste professionele ervaring in IT support (junior niveau).
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands , zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Windows-omgevingen, Office 365 en courante IT-infrastructuur .
Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden .
Je bent zelfstandig, maar kan ook goed werken in teamverband.
