We are looking for a System Engineer with a focus on simulation and algorithm to join a dynamic engineering team. SII is a European digital and engineering services company of 16,000 experts. SII in Belgium support large businesses in adopting new technologies and innovation management. Contribute to the system architecture definition and ensure it meets customer requirements;
Evaluate algorithm performance through analytical techniques and simulations.
Support the integration of algorithms into hardware platforms via code generation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
Optimize auto-generated C code and collaborate with embedded systems teams for seamless integration into devices.
Contribute to field trials and analyze flight test data for performance assessment and system refinement.
Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data or related field)
Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis, comfortable with complex systems and large datasets.
Proficient in Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python, and version control with Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying updated on new technologies;
Ability to work independently and proactively while being an effective team player;
Fluency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French is a plus
