Project Manager Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies : Als Project Manager zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende: · instaan voor het volledige beheer van een veelheid aan projecten in verband met IT, · beheren van deze projecten vanaf het in kaart brengen van de behoeften tot en met de uitrol van de oplossing dus de volledige scope, · realistisch inplannen van de diverse projecten, · verantwoordelijk zijn voor een optimaal resultaat op het terrein dat, gemeten naar kwaliteit, prestaties, kostprijs en termijn, in overeenstemming moet zijn met het bestek, · beheren van de valideringsprocedures voor elk project, bepalen van de deliverables, in plannen en coördineren van de verschillende uitrol- en testfasen, · regelmatige rapporteren zowel naar het management, · motiveren van een klein team en de betrokken externe spelers op operationeel vlak, · een overkoepelende en aansturende rol spelen bij alle projectdeelnemers. Deze functie staat niet open voor het freelance statuut noch voor samenwerking met rekruteringspartners. Jij, onze toekomstige collega: · hebt bij voorkeur heb je een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type of een universitair niveau, · hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring bij het uitrollen van IT-projecten en/of van projecten in een IT-omgeving, · bent vertrouwd met een project management methode (Prince 2, PMI of andere), ervaring met de agile-methode (SCRUM) vormt een voordeel en bent vertrouwd met SQL (queries...), · bent Nederlandstalig en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans, · bent georganiseerd, methodisch en sterk in onderhandelen en overtuigen, je bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en in het anticiperen, · bent assertief maar diplomatisch, geduldig, luistervaardig en vatbaar voor compromissen samen met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
