Je speelt een cruciale rol terwijl we de arbeidsmarkt opnieuw vormgeven om deze voor iedereen te laten werken. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Proactief zoeken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke kansen. Grondige behoefteanalyse uitvoeren om verkoopbenaderingen op maat te maken die voldoen aan de eisen van de klant. Sterke, langdurige relaties met klanten opbouwen en onderhouden. Verkoopdoelen en KPI's behalen en overtreffen. Effectief verkoopdeals sluiten en klanttevredenheid waarborgen. Jouw vaardigheden en kwalificaties: Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands. Bewezen ervaring in verkoop ( oplossingsgericht verkopen ). Be nvloeding: Potentiële klanten overtuigen en be nvloeden om voor onze diensten te kiezen. Assertiviteit: Zelfverzekerd presenteren en onderhandelen met klanten om deals te sluiten. Veerkracht: Een positieve houding en doorzettingsvermogen behouden bij uitdagingen en tegenslagen. Motivatie/Drive: Hoge mate van motivatie en drang tonen om te slagen in een competitieve omgeving.
