We are looking for a Product Owner / Functional Analyst to take responsibility for a number of our digital solutions and applications, developed both internally and with external partners. In this role, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that both business needs and technical improvements are translated into clear, valuable, and sustainable solutions.
As Product Owner, you will own the backlog, not just for new features and process changes, but also for technical evolutions such as upgrades, refactoring, and performance improvements. You won’t implement the technical work yourself, but you will make sure these changes are prioritized alongside business requests to keep the applications healthy and future-proof.
Own and manage the product backlog for assigned solutions, balancing business and technical priorities.
Gather, refine, and document requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Validate deliverables and coordinate user acceptance testing where needed.
Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar bridging role.
Ability to manage both business-driven and technical change requests.
Pragmatic mindset: able to balance business demands, technical feasibility, and long-term solution health.
Influence the evolution of several key digital solutions used across the business.
Work in a small, agile team where you’ll have real ownership and impact.
Shape the balance between business value and technical sustainability.
Opportunity to grow into broader product management or solution ownership responsibilities.
