As a Senior Accountant, you'll be a key figure in our finance department. You'll combine in-depth accounting expertise with a broad perspective on financial processes. You'll work closely with the finance team and other business units within D'Ieteren.
Processing and checking the complete accounting
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual closings according to Belgian accounting rules
Preparing management reports and financial analyses
Coordination and preparation of the annual accounts and audit files in collaboration with external partners
Active role in improving and automating financial processes and internal controls
Act as a point of contact for accounting and tax questions within the organization
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Taxation or Business Economics
In-depth knowledge of Belgian accounting principles and IFRS
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Exact Online, or similar software
Team player with good communication skills
Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the second national language
Languages:
Dutch or French Level Nice to have
English Level Nice to have
