Over de organisatie Onze klant is een dynamische onderneming actief binnen de energiewereld. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 180 medewerkers, waarvan een IT-team van 7 personen binnen een bredere afdeling van zo'n 80 collega's. De organisatie maakt momenteel een grote strategische transitie door waarbij de IT-infrastructuur wordt losgekoppeld van een voormalige corporate omgeving. Hierdoor ontstaat een unieke kans: je werkt in een omgeving met de mentaliteit en snelheid van een KMO, maar mét de zekerheid, middelen en stabiliteit van een grotere groep. De functie De rol van Business Architect staat centraal in het vormgeven van een toekomstbestendig digitaal landschap. Strategische initiatieven worden door jou vertaald naar heldere architectuurprincipes, modellen en richtinggevende keuzes. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Opstellen en bewaken van de business- en IT-architectuur. Aligneren van processen, projecten en strategie binnen een transitieomgeving. Uitwerken van procesmodellen, toekomstscenario's en domeinarchitectuur. Begeleiden van de ontkoppeling en heropbouw van een autonome IT-omgeving. Creëren van overzicht, structuur en prioriteiten in een context met een stevige workload. Samenwerken met stakeholders uit alle lagen van de organisatie. Profiel Ervaring binnen business- of enterprise-architectuur in een veranderende of complexe setting. Een pragmatische houding en KMO-mentaliteit: denken én doen. Sterk analytisch vermogen en uitstekende communicatieskills. Vlot schakelen tussen strategie, processen en technologie. Zin om mee te bouwen aan een nieuw digitaal fundament.
