Context

The Transformation Office of Degroof Petercam (within the COO function) is looking for a Lead Business Architect.

You will work with key stakeholders including executives and business leaders, to assess and frame the business capabilities across the organization and understand the overall business strategy to prioritize and support the overall transformation of the group.

Your Position
- As Business Architect, you are identifying; documenting and structuring the business capabilities of the group
- You assess and prioritize the improvement opportunities according to the group strategy and regulatory duties
- You support the design and the alignment on the “To Be” for such improvements
- You maintain the transformation journey (design and maintain a ~3 years transformation plan) together with key stakeholders and sponsors
- You follow the transformation roadmap and support program managers and product owners to align process, technology, and organization toward the target operating model of the group
- You secure a coherent framework linking process, data, IT landscape, risk, and organization
- You secure the end-to-end process integration of the Digital component in the organization
- You ensure that our E.T.H.I.C values are adopted to everything we do.

Your Profile
- Master’s degree with at least 10 to 15 years of experience in business transformation roles
- Strong experience in the Banking Industry and Digital transformation
- Solid communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally;
- Creative mindset, thinking out-of-the-box;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch, French and English);
- Team player, challenger, and a positive mindset.
