~+ We are currently looking for a Customer Advisor for one of our clients in the automotive sector.

Customer Relations: With customer satisfaction as the goal, you are responsible for both telephone and written interactions with end customers regarding the commercial and administrative aspects of maintenance contracts.


~ Fleet Activation of New Contracts: Administrative initiation of all contracts, covering both service aspects and billing to customers.


~ Regularizations of Ongoing Contracts: Monitoring ongoing contracts and making necessary adjustments if there are deviations from the initial parameters.


~ Contract Terminations: Handling exceptional contract terminations and taking necessary actions after consultation with superiors.


~ Payment Follow-ups: You have gained relevant initial experience as a Customer Advisor
You have excellent proficiency in both French and Dutch, both orally and in writing, and you have operational knowledge of English.
You can work both independently and as part of a team.
Common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
