Als Sales Support werk je nauw samen met de Accountmanagers en lever je zowel administratieve als commerciële ondersteuning om het verkoopproces te optimaliseren. Je werkt nauw samen met de Key Account Managers en ondersteunt hen in de dagelijkse opvolging. Door jouw gestructureerde aanpak en nauwkeurige opvolging draag je bij aan een efficiënte samenwerking met de klanten.
Je bent het algemeen aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt de key accountmanagers met administratieve taken zoals orderverwerking, voorbereiden van presentaties, organiseren van meetings, enzovoort. Daarnaast krijg je ook een aantal analytische taken toegewezen zoals het verzamelen, structureren en analyseren van verkoopcijfers en rapporteringen op aanvraag van de sales.
Voor deze job als Sales Support zoekt Hays iemand die
vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast heb je ook een goede kennis Frans.
in customer service, sales support of inside sales
Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een Bachelordiploma komen ook in aanmerking
Daarnaast ben je administratief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en heb je een goede kennis Excel
Kennis van Salesforce en/of PowerBI is een pluspunt
Voor deze job als Sales Support bieden ze vanaf de start
