Are you an automotive professional and do you have technical knowledge of commercial vehicles? Would you like to be part of a team of automotive experts? Then this may be the opportunity you’re looking for

As Technical Support Agent, you will be providing Level 2 Support to Local Technical Helpdesks across Europe. With your expertise, you will analyze incoming cases and provide practical guidance to resolve technical issues.

This position suits you best if you gained experience as an automotive technician or a Level 1 Technical Support Agent. If apart from this, you have a drive to support others and solve problems, then don’t hesitate to apply

**Day to day activity will include**
- Provide Level 2 diagnostic support for a specific model range across the distributor network in Europe
- Study and analyze assigned cases to understand their root-cause
- Provide practical solutions to the problems
- Document all findings in a dedicated database
- Identify recurring cases and make a diagnostic bulletin

**Characteristics for succeeding**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive (mechanical or electrical engineering) or equivalent in experience
- Experience with Peugeot’s / Citroen’s service and diagnostic systems
- Several years of technical experience working at a dealership or as a diagnostic engineer
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of French is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured and independent way
- Willingness to travel (20-30%) throughout Europe

**Salary**: €4,300.00 - €4,500.00 per month
