**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als **Customer Care **medewerker volg je dossiers op van a tot z wanneer een leasingswagen in herstelling gaat. Je geeft akkoorden op herstelaanvragen, controleert prijzen en de frequentie volgens het onderhoudsschema. Tijdens de herstelling volg je de dossiers nauwgezet op en zorg je voor een vervangwagen indien nodig. Daarvoor heb je regelmatig contacten met de betreffende garages en leveranciers. Je houdt ook bestuurders op de hoogte i.v.m. de herstellingen en behandelt hun klachten op een klantvriendelijke manier.
