**Position**: Technical Solutions Associate II **Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS),** a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market. **About the role** The **Presales Consultant **will provide technical and domain leadership by working closely with **NetApp **and senior Arrow staff in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support modernizing data center solutions for partners and customers. They will also support the sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities across the data center portfolio of products and services offered by Arrow. The activities will support Arrow partners, SI's, MSP's and Resellers in both a technical and commercial capacity. They will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations. **Day to day duties** - Provide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on **NetApp.**: - Advise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services. - Support the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients. - Interact with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy. - Validate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business. - Deliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events. - Create PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment. **What We Are Looking For** - **Proven experience with Storage solution design and implementation **(ideally with NetApp). - Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology. - An ability to take the initiative and be a pro-active self-starter. - Empathetic, fair, and generous approach to staff and people management - A highly entrepreneurial spirit that manifests itself in a **"let's make it happen" **approach, coupled with initiative and adaptability. - Excellent attention to detail and genuine passion for Information Technology. - Willingness to **do some regional (up to 2x week) and EMEA (rarely) traveling**, after covid. - Fluency in Dutch, English and French preferred. **What's in It For You** - Growth and learning opportunities. - Technical Certifications. - Challenging and diverse tasks. - Open Corporate Culture with a modern and dynamic work environment. - Safe and trustful employment. - Ability to participate in technology fairs and events. - Fully remote recruitment process. - Company car. **Arrow is an equal opportunity employer.
