Leefmilieu Brussel is de tweetalige milieu- en energie administratie van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Wij staan in voor een brede waaier aan activiteiten op het vlak van leefmilieu met als opdracht te streven naar meer levenskwaliteit voor alle Brusselaars. Je zal werken binnen de afdeling Groene ruimten, onderafdeling Beheer van groene ruimten. De afdeling Groene ruimten van Leefmilieu Brussel heeft als opdracht de 500 ha van openbare parken en tuinen van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest te beheren.
Als diensthoofd ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationele beheer van een geheel van groene ruimten van je dienst, hetzij door middel van de teams van tuiniers en controleur·euse·s der werken, hetzij door middel van een bestek voor onderhoud en inrichting dat via een overheidsopdracht wordt gegund. Functieomschrijving Management luik:
Je geeft leiding aan een team van sectorhoofden tuinier·ster·s en controleur·euse·s der werken die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het onderhoud van groene ruimten. Je omschrijf de doelstellingen en prioriteiten, organiseer je de werkstromen en verricht je de follow-up van het geleverde werk op basis van de opdrachten die worden toevertrouwd aan je dienst (vervat in het operationeel plan).
Je zorgt voor de doorstroming van de nodige informatie aan je teams en bevordert een assertieve en positieve communicatie dankzij bilaterale gesprekken en vergaderingen.
Technisch luik :
Je verzekert de technische en administratieve follow-up van een opdracht voor het onderhoud van de groene ruimten in overeenstemming met de uitvoeringsregels van een overheidsopdracht.
Je stelt de onderhoudsplannen op, waarin je de precieze opdrachten en de frequentie van het routineonderhoud specifieert dat moet uitgevoerd worden door de sectorhoofden en de ploegen tuinier·ster·s.
Je antwoord en begeleidt de vragen en externe of interne interventies gelinkt met het beheer.
Je draagt bij aan het imago van de administratie door te werken aan een gedifferentieerd beheer van de groene ruimten in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Je draagt bij aan de transversale doelstellingen van je departement door wanneer nodig ondersteuning te bieden aan je collega’s diensthoofden of aan de sectorhoofden.
Je ontwikkelt buitengewone onderhoudsprojecten (complexe of eenmalige opdrachten).
Kandidaten die hun diploma hebben behaald in een land buiten de Benelux kunnen aan de selectie deelnemen op voorwaarde dat hun diploma door de Vlaamse of Franse Gemeenschap werd gelijkgesteld. Een relevante professionele ervaring in het domein van het beheer van tuinbouwonderhoud en/of inrichtingen.
Je begrijpt gesprekken en teksten in het Frans en kunt Frans spreken.
Office 365. Door de digitale transitie in onze samenleving en bij de overheidsdiensten zijn digitale vaardigheden essentieel geworden. Het bezit van een rijbewijs B is een troef.
