Our client, a well-known HVAC distributor member of an international industrial group, is looking for a sales manager to develop the sales strategy. Your main role will be to lead a team of 10 technical sales . The working atmosphere is really good and you will join the management team of the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the HVAC sector.
Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding HVAC products.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Group Sales Director.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC products and installators, construction companies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
