Key Responsibilities
- Efficient day-to-day management, coordination, and follow up of employee administration in close collaboration with the HR Director;
- Handling administrative tasks related to employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration;
- Update employee documentation (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) promptly and in line with HR standards and procedures;
- Manage and own pre-employment preparation for new hires and coordination of onboarding. Also, support in offboarding activities;
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR regulations, and local labor laws;
- Process employees' requests and provide relevant information. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures;
- Support training administration including submission of relevant files;
- Contribute to other projects and assignments of the HR department, as well as the further automation of HR processes and the optimization of personnel administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience (in HR administration, recruitment, or payroll is a plus (from entry level to 5 years of experience);
- Knowledge of social legislation and labor laws and HR regulations;
- Strong administrative skills; enjoy working with figures and data;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in Dutch/French with a good working knowledge of French/Dutch and English (both oral and written);
- Open-minded, a can-do, and positive attitude;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team;
- Sense of confidentiality and professional integrity.
