Voice Engineer

Voice & Call Engineer Voice matters The way we connect with customers defines their first impression. As Voice & Call Center Platform Engineer, you build and maintain the voice systems that make those interactions seamless. You turn complex communication flows into reliable, scalable platforms that work across 14+ countries. What you'll do You design, set up and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and call center solutions. You create and improve call and lead-handling scripts. You analyse incidents and drive continuous improvements in how the platform operates. You train local teams when new processes or tools go live. You align technical setups with business goals and regional requirements.
