Développer une stratégie Data & Analytics (coordonnée avec le Data Board) qui accompagne durablement les principaux enjeux de la STIB.
Vous fournissez un « data capabilities framework » transversal (Data Governance, Data Architecture & Infrastructure, Data Analytics & Insights, Data Value Management, etc.) sur l'ensemble de la STIB et coordonnez cela avec les différents services impliqués.
Vous fournissez un support durable au sein du domaine et vous assurez que la STIB est à jour dans ses pratiques Data & Analytics
Vous êtes également la figure clé dans le domaine de la fiabilité, de la pérennité et de l'amélioration continue des pratiques entourant le Data & Analytics.
En tant que « leader » du domaine, vous représentez le sujet à tous les niveaux de la STIB, notamment aux différents Boards, au Comité de Direction Informatique et à la Direction Générale.
Vous êtes également la voix de la STIB auprès du monde extérieur en matière de gestion et de partage des données.
Vous disposez d'une expérience mature et réussie dans le domaine du Data & Analytics.
Vous combinez harmonieusement vos connaissances techniques avec un leadership clair. Bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale ainsi qu'une certaine connaissance de l'anglais.

Het beheer van data en de analytische toepassingen staat dan ook sinds jaar en dag centraal in onze organisatie. Als Head of Data & Analytics speel je een sleutelrol binnen de MIVB en de goede werking van de organisatie. Je voornaamste uitdaging is het ontwikkelen van een strategie, een governance en verschillende projecten rond de platformen en diensten binnen het Data & Analytics domein.
Het ontwikkelen van een strategie rond Data & Analytics (afgestemd met de Data board) die de voornaamste uitdagingen van de MIVB duurzaam ondersteunt.
Je zorgt voor een transversaal "data capabilities framework" (Data Governance, Data Architecture &Infrastructure, Data Analytics & Insights, Data Value Management, etc.) Je zorgt voor een duurzame ondersteuning binnen het domein en zorgt ervoor dat MIVB up-to-date is in haar praktijken rond Data & Analytics
Ook op vlak van betrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid, en continue verbetering van de praktijken rond Data & Analytics ben je de spilfiguur.
Je staat niet alleen voor deze uitdaging en kunt rekenen op jouw eigen team waar je instaat voor de dagelijkse leiding op organisatorisch, menselijk en technologisch vlak
Als "leader" van het domein vertegenwoordig je de materie op alle niveaus van de MIVB, met inbegrip van verschillende Boards, het Management Comité van IT, en de Algemene Directie.
Je hebt een opleiding niveau Master genoten of bent gelijkgesteld door relevante ervaring in het domein.
Je beschikt over een mature en geslaagde ervaring op vlak van Data & Analytics.
Jouw ervaring in het domein vertaalt zich zowel naar "people management" toe alsook naar strategisch management.
Je geloofwaardigheid, persoonlijkheid en communicatie skills zijn essentiële elementen die ervoor zullen zorgen dat je jouw organisatie in beweging kunt brengen en laten evolueren.
Goede kennis van de tweede landstaal alsook enige kennis van het Engels.
