Als planning & operations specialist ben jij de spil tussen de dagelijkse productie en het continue verbeteren van onze processen. Dan is deze rol op jouw lijf geschreven Verantwoordelijkheden Planning en operationeel beheer (±50%): Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte afwerking van klantenorders Voorraadbeheer en replenishment van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen Opstellen en bijsturen van de personeelsplanning Begeleiden en ondersteunen van het team op de werkvloer Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid Continuous Improvement (±50%): Optimaliseren van bestaande processen Organiseren en geven van opleidingen Ondersteunen en voorstellen van nieuwe projecten Hands-on meewerken op de werkvloer bij verbetertrajecten Jouw profiel Bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en leergierig Communicatief en een echte teamplayer Ervaring met ERP- of MES-systemen Klantgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel Wat bieden wij?
