We need an entrepreneurial head of operations to help us with.. well.. everything. We're a fast growing scale-up that's solving a very pressing problem for large enterprises (IBM, Amazon, DHL, Nike) by offering postal, street and boundary databases of a unique quality. We have 200+ inbound leads per month without any ad spend and our close rate from meeting to customer is +60%. In short, we have a hard time keeping up with our own growth and we need someone to solve problems before they arise. Right now: - You have 3+ years experience as a generalist in a consulting, strategy or operations role helping other people getting stuff done. - You spontaneously develop a case of measles when you see someone do the same thing 5 times without automating it - You have more flavours than Harry Potter's all flavour beans: you are just as happy working on pricing as you are building teams, implementing tools,.... Variety is your fuel. - They're planning on making a movie "the CRM whisperer" based on your ability to turn processes digital and make people use them - You can intuitively spot what needs to be done to make a company more successful and don't shy away to give that feedback. - You speak & write English (almost) natively - You are keen to join a fast-growing scale-up at an early stage so you can help shape it's future When you'll start: - We'll give you plenty to work with and plenty to work for. You'll be an instrumental part in our strategy & execution to go X3 in 2 years. - You'll take the lead on our internal roadmap, setting up new customer onboarding processes, implementing new tools and getting to know our customer's problem space. - Just like everyone in the company, we'll give you the opportunity to get a seasoned coach inside or outside of the business. We believe coaches/mentors make you grow X3 in two years as well ;). 6-12 months down the line: - Your list of things to improve will be so long it'll be in need of its first improvements. - Your work will already have a huge impact on our company because there's more upsell, more sales, less friction, more happy people and more fun. - You'll have set up our support team, a new crm, a customer success practice, a new pricing,.. and more stuff that only you can come up with - We won't be able to remember how we ever got things done without you But for now, leave your LI profile & short motivation and we'll get in touch.
