Product & Marketing Manager (THoM Talent Search)

Een toonaangevende speler in de B2B voedingsindustrie, zoekt een enthousiaste en gedreven Product & Marketing Manager. Als pionier in deze rol, krijg je de kans om de marketingstrategie mee op te bouwen en uit te voeren. Je bent een hands-on, strategische denker met een passie voor voeding en een 'lets do it' mentaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam voor het genereren van leads en het ontwikkelen van het productassortiment.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Marketing Management
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een succesvolle marketingstrategie.
- Je voert een marktonderzoek en concurrentieanalyse uit.
- Je zet doeltreffende marketingcampagnes op. Dit omvat zowel strategische planning als operationele uitvoering.
- Je ondersteunt het salesteam met creatief en overtuigend marketingmateriaal (brochures, presentaties, etc.).
- Je organiseert beurzen (±6 per jaar).
Product Management
- Je beheert en optimaliseert het productassortiment voor B2B Horeca/Ijs/Bakkerij/Zuivel. Je bepaalt en beheert de look & feel.
- Je volgt nauwgezet de verkoopcijfers van het productassortiment op.
- Je definieert en voert gerichte marketingacties uit.
- Je identificeert opportuniteiten in het productassortiment om verdere groei te stimuleren.
- Je stelt nieuwe producten en smaken voor
Algemeen
- Je draagt actief bij aan lead generation strategieën, rekening houdend met de strategie, kanalen (online en offline) en de rol van digital.
- Je werkt nauw samen met cross-functionele teams binnen het bedrijf (Sales, R&D, Aankoop) en zorgt ervoor dat ze op elkaar afgestemd zijn omtrent productstrategieën, uitvoeringsplannen en deadlines.
- Je beheert en volgt relaties met externe partners (content creators, marketingbureaus, etc.) op.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het marketingbudget.
Profiel
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Masterdiploma in marketing, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur in de B2B voedingssector
- Je hebt ervaring met lead generation binnen een digitale context.
- Je hebt uitstekende stakeholder- en projectmanagement vaardigheden. Je kan cross-functionele initiatieven plannen, organiseren en uitvoeren, terwijl je zelf de 'helicopter view' behoudt.
- Je bent in staat om cross-functioneel samen te werken andere teams.
- Je hebt sterke verbale en non-verbale communicatieve vaardigheden en weet hoe je doelgericht diverse belanghebbenden kan betrekken, beïnvloeden en enthousiasmeren.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een commerciële, ondernemende mindset.
- Je bent creatief en hebt een oog voor nieuwe trends
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis (zowel geschreven als gesproken) van Nederlands
- Je hebt een passie voor voeding en de food & beverage industrie.
