Recruitment Manager/Senior Manager

Our client is a fast-growing consultancy firm specialised in the outsourcing of digital, sales and marketing professionals. To support their growth ambitions, we are supporting them in their search for a Recruitment Manager .
As Lead Recruiter, you take on a hybrid role that combines hands-on recruitment with leadership and coaching . You play a key role in improving the performance and maturity of the recruitment team.
You take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and management of the recruitment activities.
You coach and mentor junior recruiters by providing them guidance, structured feedback and by regularly following up on their personal performance.
You are actively involved in daily recruitment activities such as sourcing and screening of sales, marketing and digital marketing profiles.
You ensure that recruitment KPIs and targets are met by following up on team performance and adjusting where needed.
You share best practices through workshops and regularly suggest process optimisation initiatives.
You are the central point of contact within the recruitment team and report directly to the CEO.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record in coaching/managing recruiters.
You’ve obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (must); French is considered an asset.
You combine homeworking with 3 days per week on site in Brussels.
