Job Title: PMO, Change & Communication Officer
Industry: Logistics
Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
Employment Type: 3-month contract with possible extension to CDI based on performance
Our client, a leading company in the logistics sector, is looking for a dynamic PMO, Change & Communication Officer with financial experience to drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring structured program management, effective communication, and seamless change adoption within a large-scale system transformation.
PMO Governance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for large-scale transformation programs.
- Ensure effective program monitoring, reporting, and follow-ups to track progress.
- Support leadership in defining program standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure clear messaging and awareness of transformation initiatives.
- Provide structured communication plans, materials, and stakeholder updates.
- Assist in managing Agile transformation programs using JIRA.
- Facilitate collaboration between teams and track program deliverables.
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure teams adhere to Agile best practices.
- Work closely with the program lead to coordinate project planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Support key initiatives through structured tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Optimize resources to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and track potential risks within the transformation program.
- Support mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity and success.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PMO in transformation programs.
- Proven experience in PMO governance, change management, and communication strategies.
- Strong background in financial management within large-scale transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and program coordination.
- Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Native-level proficiency in French and/or Dutch is required.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage risks and support structured mitigation plans.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Location: Brussels, with a hybrid work model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).
