We are looking for inquisitive, driven and enthusiastic colleagues, with strong project management, analytical and social skills. You will help our team and clients to succeed if you have the following qualifications, expertise and skills:
~ A Master’s degree or equivalent with excellent results. Experience in a consulting company is a plus;
~ Strategic Workforce Planning; You are interested in HR data and you approach HR challenges in a data-driven way;
~ Ability to take ownership of work on client engagements and work together in a team to ensure successful delivery;
~ Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge based on your experience;
~ You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration;
~ Fluency in Dutch, French and English
