At Virya Grid Solutions, we develop renewable energy projects from initial concept through construction and into operations. Our team takes a thoughtful approach to project development, creating onshore wind farms and ground-mounted solar installations designed for maximum impact and community benefit. Are you an organized multitasker with a passion for administration, coordination and day-to-day office operations? Then you might be our next Team Assistant for Grid Solutions BE .
You play a key role in supporting both our team and daily operations. You ensure the smooth functioning of the office while offering administrative, technical, and logistical support to colleagues across Belgium and France.
Supporting management processes through planning, minute-taking, and documentation.
Handling contract administration, cost reporting, and registry requests.
You have previous experience as a Team Assistant, where you took on and managed a wide range of tasks.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
A full-time position within a fast-growing and leading company in renewable energy.
Hybride position: you will be working from our offices in Braine l'Alleud and your home office.
