Your daily role: As a Compliance Officer (m/f/x), you will join the Compliance Central Office. Under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and in direct contact with the CRO, your mission will be to ensure the integrity and reputation of the company by guaranteeing compliance with regulations and ethical standards. Your main responsibilities will include: Actively collaborating with a network of internal contacts to strengthen the effectiveness of compliance controls Identifying and analyzing compliance risks in close cooperation with the Head of Compliance Providing strategic advice to various departments on compliance-related issues Overseeing first-line control processes to ensure their effectiveness Playing an active role in designing action plans and follow-up programs in partnership with internal teams Ensuring policies are updated based on legal or regulatory developments Your profile: We are looking for a passionate professional with at least a first relevant experience, capable of taking on challenges in a dynamic environment. Do you recognize yourself in the following description? You hold a university degree in a relevant field (law, economics, finance, IT, or equivalent) You have at least 2 years' experience in a compliance or audit department within the financial and/or insurance sector You have a solid grasp of financial regulations, especially in insurance and risk management You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good command of the other language as well as English You are a team player, capable of working independently, assertive, and have strong critical thinking skills You excel in communication, especially in presenting and defending your ideas Why join our client?
