Robert Half Talent Solutions is looking for a Compliance Officer (m/f/x) for one of its clients, a key player in the insurance sector.
To provide peace of mind and support to their clients, thanks to a passionate team who find deep meaning in their work. As a Compliance Officer (m/f/x), you will join the Compliance Central Office. Under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and in direct contact with the CRO, your mission will be to ensure the integrity and reputation of the company by guaranteeing compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
Actively collaborating with a network of internal contacts to strengthen the effectiveness of compliance controls
Identifying and analyzing compliance risks in close cooperation with the Head of Compliance
Providing strategic advice to various departments on compliance-related issues
Playing an active role in designing action plans and follow-up programs in partnership with internal teams
You hold a university degree in a relevant field (law, economics, finance, IT, or equivalent)
You have at least 2 years’ experience in a compliance or audit department within the financial and/or insurance sector
You have a solid grasp of financial regulations, especially in insurance and risk management
You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good command of the other language as well as English
You are a team player, capable of working independently, assertive, and have strong critical thinking skills
You excel in communication, especially in presenting and defending your ideas
