Role: Total Rewards Expert
We are proactively connecting with Rewards professionals for potential opportunities in 2026 across Belgium.
Over the past months, we have spoken with many VP- and Director-level professionals in the Rewards space. As these conversations evolve, we are looking to connect with Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits Managers and Partners who may be considering their next career step.
This is not tied to a specific role. It’s an open invitation to connect, have a conversation, and stay on our radar for exciting opportunities in early 2026. We’d love to get to know you and explore how your experience could align with upcoming opportunities.
What we are looking for:
~10+ years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
~ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus
~ Expertise in Total Rewards strategy: leading the design and execution of innovative compensation and benefits programs, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and guiding teams to implement strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across international markets
~ Experience in international, matrix, or complex organizations
~ Fluency in English & Dutch. French is a plus. Additional languages depending on the market are a strong advantage
