Responsibilities As a member of the algorithm development team, you are creating the next version of our software DSP products. You interact with researchers working on next generation algorithms You create and adapt algorithms in order to fulfil the customer requirements with our products The output of your work is generic fixed point or floating point C code that will be picked-up by other teams to port to various DSPs and NPUs. You support our remote teams to achieve smooth integration of our products with lead customers. Together with our remote teams, you ensure that our products are smoothly deployed in lead customer projects Skills/competences Masters or PhD in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline Thorough knowledge of digital signal processing algorithms, specifically for speech enhancement Expert in software development for constraint platforms Experience with algorithm design in Matlab/Python, and preferably with Deep Learning packages: Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, or equivalent Familiar with subjective and objective audio quality evaluation (standardization, listening tests, objective metrics, etc.) Attributes Creative, passionate working attitude and agile mindset. Communicative team player working in an international environment with different cultures Drive for high quality deliverables Able to drive activities to closure, including proper communication in the organization
