We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, EU, UK the USA and a successful online business. ZIMMERMANN also upholds a well-established wholesale business internationally with an enviable list of major stockists including Net-a-Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue, to name a few.

We are currently seeking an oustanding Store Manager to join our store opening in Knokke (CDD Full time) from end of March 2026.

The Store Manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success. Overall, we are looking for a role model for the team members, to consistently provide leadership and set a standard. Where team members feel inspired to come to work.

To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
To ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P.

Passion for the brand and fashion luxury retail industry
Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively to the team and clients in store
Fluent in English and French or Dutch (as spoken in Flanders) is a plus.
