In ons recruitment en training adviesbureau werken wij met verschillende bedrijven in de Luxe, Premium en High Premium sectoren in heel Europa en hebben wij kantoren in Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, München en Amsterdam. Daarom bieden wij jou deze functie als Shop Manager aan. TAKEN VAN DE STORE MANAGER: Motiveren en coachen van je team; Planningen en uurroosters opmaken; KPI’s analyseren en actie nemen waar nodig is; Je draagt bij aan de klantenbinding door een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden met jouw winkel; De winkel ziet er steeds top uit dankzij jou en jouw team; Een goed overzicht bewaren over de stock en je zorgt tijdig voor de bevoorrading; Je verkoopt samen met jouw team proactief mee, leading by example. VEREISTEN : Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en/of in het Engels is een pré; Je bent een echte people manager; Reeds enige ervaring opgedaan in retail; Een geboren leider en je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen; Een multitasker; Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; Weekendwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
