**Posizione**:
Liu Jo is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Store situated in knokke
- Provide support for all operational and management activities of the store;
- Take care of assisted sales, incentivize sales, and improve profits through team cooperation;
- Motivate and train new entry sales assistants;
- Monitor the store KPIs to improve the store's success;
- Ensure that the store has a pleasant aesthetic, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising policies.
**Requisiti**:
The required skills are:
- Experience in the fashion industry with medium-high-end women’s clothing brands;
- The tendency for coordination and teamwork;
- Engaging and empathetic communication style;
- Result oriented;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Interest in fashion and related trends;
- Languages: flemish and english, french is a plus;
- Residency near the workplace is preferred.
