Als Store Manager ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van het Inditex-imago. - **Verkoop
- en Productiviteitsmonitoring**: Stuur de verkoopprestaties aan en verbeter de productiviteit.
- **Operationeel Beheer**: Overzie alle operationele en administratieve taken om efficiëntie te waarborgen.
- **Teammotivatie en Ontwikkeling**: Inspireer, motiveer en begeleid het team naar het behalen van hun beste prestaties.
- **Strategische Analyse**: Analyseer gegevens om effectieve strategieën voor de winkel te creëren.
- **Duurzaamheidsambassadeur**: Promoot en implementeer actief de duurzaamheidsstrategie van het bedrijf.
