Are you used to put yourself in the shoes of your audience and to test & iterate your sales strategies ? We are looking for cutting edge, independent Account Executive superstars to join our pioneering team to democratize renewable energy & decarbonation for all. As an Account Executive at Wise Energy, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence across Belgium and beyond. You will be at the frontline of our mission to help businesses decarbonize and optimize their energy usage using our innovative platform, Wise.You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to develop long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver decarbonized energy solutions. Build and lead our B2B sales processes to help clients decarbonize their energy while unlocking untapped revenue streams. • Lead the company's narrative, ‘taking care’ of it internally and externally. • Be part of the founding team with the possibility to lead your own commercial team later on. • Encourage an optimistic, creative and pragmatic mindset among the team. • Continuously testing and iterate new sales approach to reach out to new clients. • Successful Track record in closely following up your sales funnel. • You are fluent in French or Dutch and can communicate effectively in English. • Creative mind, able to roll up the sleeves and build/lead a young team. • You have great affinities with data analytics and technical subjects (eg: energy grid, renewable energy, financial simulations etc.) • Persistent, convincing, collaborative and team player. 💪 Account Management: Build strong, long-lasting client relationships with facility managers, and C-level decision-makers. ~ Brain solutions (e.g.: energy flexibility solutions, commercial & industrial solar and battery solutions, self-consumption boost, etc.) ~ Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure client onboarding and project delivery go smoothly. ~ Reporting & CRM: Keep track of your pipeline, forecast sales, and maintain accurate data in our CRM (Odoo). ~ Innovation: the goal is that you can come with your own approach for helping customers decarbonize and use their energy automatically "at the Wise time". 🤝 You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Founder and CEO, your sales team mates and Product Owner. You will be supported by a small but growing team of technical and sales experts. You’ll also be regularly in touch with clients from various industries (manufacturing, logistics, retail, etc.) As you're joining the pioneering team, the possibility to grow higher up fast to management positions and recruit more commercial talents along the way with you ~ A competitive salary with a highly rewarding commission fee and your full sales packages to help you keeping on closing energy projects on and on • Hybrid – Our office is located at the unique Belgian Climate Hub at the Botanic Tower in Brussels
