Vous réalisez la sélection des candidats à l'aide d'outils appropriés (tests, interviews, rapports).
Vous procédez à la recherche active de candidats afin de mettre « la bonne personne à la bonne place ».
Vous collaborez à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des procédures et des processus de recrutement.
Vous contribuez aux sélections spécifiques (personnel intérim, étudiants, ...) et aux activités du service (p.Vous êtes en possession d'un Bachelier ou Master en Psychologie ou Ressources Humaines ou avez une expérience équivalente dans le domaine.
Vous maîtrisez les techniques de sélection et d'entretien de recrutement.
Vous maîtrisez les méthodes et les techniques des tests, analyse et interprétation.
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des deux langues nationales (écrit et oral).
Vos qualités personnelles : sens aigu de déontologie, rigueur et structure, approche logique, objectivité, flexibilité, empathie, capacité à travailler en équipe mais également de façon autonome, bon relationnel, bonne logique.
Un équilibre vie professionnelle et privée avec des horaires flexibles, du télétravail possible, et 35 jours de congé par an.

Ben je gepassioneerd door de mens en in het bijzonder door rekrutering? Ben je klant- en resultaatgericht en tweetalig? Je werkt mee aan de specifieke selecties (uitzendkrachten, studenten, enz.) Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de Psychologie of Human Resources of je hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring in dit domein.
Je beheerst de methodes en de technieken met betrekking tot de testen, analyse en interpretatie.
Jouw persoonlijke kwaliteiten: scherpe zin voor deontologie, nauwgezetheid en structuur, logische aanpak, objectiviteit, flexibiliteit, empathie, je kan in team werken maar ook zelfstandig en je bent in staat om goede menselijke relaties te onderhouden.
