Job Description:

We are looking for new talent for the position of permanent commercial recruitment consultant.

Thanks to our various locations in Flanders, you can choose where you want to set up your office within an Agilitas branch.

Your Challenge

Sales:

  • Develop your customer portfolio
  • Approach new customers
  • Negotiate and build long-term partnerships
  • Increase awareness of Winsearch
  • Manage invoices and payments

Recruitment:

  • Liaise with and guide clients on recruitment and HR issues
  • Analyse needs and define specifications
  • Identify, assess and select candidates (through advertising, sourcing, headhunting, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews from start to finish
  • Supervise the integration of new employees at your customers' sites
Your Talents

Who are we looking for?

  • You are results-oriented: You have excellent commercial skills and perseverance.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably in human resources or sales (including internships and final year projects).
  • Team spirit: you enjoy working together and actively contribute to the development of Winsearch.
  • Positive attitude: your optimism and good humour enrich our team.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
