Job description Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers through coaching, feedback, and clear priorities. Ensure smooth daily operations by overseeing preventive and reactive maintenance tasks. Act as first point of contact for technical issues and manage spare parts inventory. Guard safety, quality, and GMP compliance through leadership and example. Support quality events like Deviations, CAPAs, and FMEAs. Drive process improvement and long-term maintenance strategy together with Reliability Engineers. Requirements Relevant technical or engineering degree. Maintenance and reliability experience in pharma/biotech. First people coaching experience is preferred. Strong understanding of GMP standards. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
