Deze taken geven je energie: Als Buyer bij VMA stuur je de projectaankopen aan en onderhandel je onderaannemingscontracten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke verbintenis technisch, financieel en juridisch klopt, om zo de rendabiliteit en efficiëntie van onze activiteiten te ondersteunen. Directe impact op projecten: Je speelt een sleutelrol in het succes van onze projecten door efficiënte en coherente aankopen te garanderen. Samenwerking & invloed: Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en leveranciers om effectieve en conforme oplossingen voor de bevoorrading te verzekeren. Opvolging & prestaties: Je beheert consultaties, volgt prestaties op, lost geschillen op en zorgt voor coherentie tussen de aankoopstrategie en de uitvoering op het terrein. Expertise & veelzijdigheid: Je combineert vaardigheden in onderhandeling, analyse, projectbeheer en digitale tools (ERP, Excel, PowerBI) om de waarde van aankopen te maximaliseren. Impact & evolutie: Je draagt actief bij aan operationele prestaties in een stimulerende, samenwerkende en ontwikkelingsgerichte omgeving. Wat we van jou verwachten: Bachelor in Supply Chain Management of economische wetenschappen. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of 5 jaar als operationele aankoper. Goede kennis van Frans of Nederlands afhankelijk van de locatie, met een degelijke kennis van Engels. Goede beheersing van MS Office (vooral Excel), ERP (SAP, Business Central...) en PowerBI is een pluspunt.
